QUICK APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY


1.The administrator of the Personal Data collected via the Quick application (hereinafter referred to as the
Application), is Quick Ride Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Gdynia, Władysława IV 43, 81-395 Gdy-
nia, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-
Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000770206, NIP:
5862341500, REGON: 382511010.


2.Respecting your rights as personal data subjects (data subjects) and respecting the applicable legislation, in-
cluding in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such
data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as
RODO, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and
other relevant data protection legislation, we are committed to maintaining the security and confi-
dentiality of the personal data obtained from you.


3.We collect the following personal data through our Application:
a)Name, email address, telephone number — providing this data is necessary to set up an Account on the
App; it will make it easier for us to get in touch with you, if necessary, and to establish your identity as
a User of our Scooters. Your email address may also be processed for marketing purposes if you con-
sent to the transmission of commercial and marketing content — subscribing is voluntary and you can
unsubscribe at any time.
b)Credit card details — you will need to provide these in order to start using the Services; they will enable
us to charge the fees required under the Terms and Conditions,
c)Location data — will help you find the Scooter that is closest to you; the App will ask for your permission
before activating location tracking,
d)Possibly other data may be collected as part of the conduct of specific cases or may be processed when
you, as a user, provide it to us via the chat available on the Application or via email. Your image may
also be processed within the Application when you set your photo as an avatar assigned to your Ac-
count.


4.Each of you, as a user of our Application, has a choice as to whether and to what extent you wish to use our
Services and share information and data about yourself, to the extent set out in the contents of this Privacy
Policy.


5.In accordance with the principle of minimisation, we only process those categories of personal data which are
necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in point 3 above.


6.We process personal data for the entire duration of your Account. Your personal data may be processed for
a longer period in the event that such a right or obligation imposed on us as the Controller arises from specific
legal provisions or from the Controller’s legitimate interest referred to in paragraph 8(c) below (i.e., for the period of limitation of claims or the completion of the relevant proceedings, if any, during the period of
limitation).


7.The source of the Personal Data processed by the Controller refers to the data subjects.


8.The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
a) Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, i.e. the necessity for the performance of a contract to which you are a party
or for taking action at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract, or
b) Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO, i.e. the necessity to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the
Controller, or
c) Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the establishment, as-
sertion or defence of claims until they have become time-barred, or until the conclusion of the rele-
vant proceedings, if any, during that period, or
d) Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, i.e., your consent to the processing of personal data for specific purposes
where other legal grounds for processing personal data do not apply.


9.Personal data is not transferred by us to a third country or international organisation within the meaning of
the RODO. In the event that personal data is transferred to a third country or international organisation, you
will be informed in advance and the Administrator will apply the safeguards referred to in Chapter V of the
RODO.


10.We do not share any personal data with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. Per-
sonal data without the consent of the data subject may only be shared with entities authorised by generally
applicable laws.


11.Personal data may be entrusted for processing to entities that process such data on our behalf as Personal
Data Controller. In such a situation, we as the Personal Data Controller enter into an entrustment agreement
with the processor for the processing of personal data. As Personal Data Controller, we entrust personal data
processing to the following entities:
a) providing hosting services,
b) providing other services to us that are necessary for the day-to-day operation of the Application,
c) providing franchise services that are necessary to ensure the availability of the services on the
Application,


12.Personal data is not subject to profiling by us as an Administrator within the meaning of the provisions of
the RODO.


13.In accordance with the provisions of the RODO, any person whose personal data we process as a Personal
Data Controller has the right to:
a)to be informed of the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 12 of the RODO,
b)access to their personal data as referred to in Article 15 of the RODO,
c)correcting, completing, updating, rectifying personal data as referred to in Article 16 of the RODO,
d)erasure (right to be forgotten) as referred to in Article 17 of the RODO,
e)the restriction of processing referred to in Article 18 RODO,
f) data portability as referred to in Article 20 RODO,
g)to object to the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 21 of the RODO,
h)in the case of the legal basis referred to in point 10(d) above, the right to withdraw consent at any time
without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its with-
drawal,
i) of not being subject to the profiling referred to in Article 22 in conjunction with Article 4(4) of the RODO,
j) to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for the Protection
of Personal Data) referred to in Article 77 of the RODO,
taking into account the rules on the use and exercise of these rights under the provisions of the RODO.


14.If you wish to exercise your rights referred to in the preceding paragraph, please send a message by e-mail
to the e-mail address or in writing to the correspondence address referred to in point 15 below .


15.As the Administrator, we have appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who is Konrad Cioczek. Any
enquiries, requests and complaints regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator, herein-
after referred to as Applications, should be addressed to the following e-mail address of the Data Protection
Supervisor: [email protected] or in writing to the following address: 43 Władysława IV Street, 81-395 Gdynia.


16.The content of the Application must clearly indicate:
a)the data of the person or persons concerned by the Notification,
b)the event which is the purpose of the Notification;
c)present their claims and the legal basis for those claims,
d)indicate the way in which the case is expected to be handled.


17.Each identified security breach shall be documented and in the event of one of the situations set out in the
provisions of the RODO or the Act, the data subjects and, if applicable, the PUODO shall be informed of such
security breach.


18.All capitalized words have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of our Application, unless
otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy .


19.In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall ap-
ply accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the afore-
mentioned regulations, these regulations shall prevail.
